For being a billion dollar theme park, Disney’s wifi isn’t the best. Unfortunately for me that means the articles aren’t opening. Unfortunately for my fellow students that means my posts and comments will have to wait until I return to post.
For digital history class- what I have learned from this trip is money makes history more exciting. The things the imagineers can do to show off the theme parks would be great in museums, if museums could afford the technology.
For map class- Disney has a ton of interactive maps, none of them that show where the least amount of screaming kids are- someone needs to get on that.
I will see you all soon

I think the “screaming kids” map would work better as an app — something crowd-sourced, like Waze.
Hahaha, nice idea about the map to avoid screaming children! Hope you’re having a nice time!
Oh just saw Kim’s comment, I agree! That would be a great app with user-generated content.
I suggest going the opposite direction of all the characters, where the majority of the screaming kids are going to be. Doesn’t Disney still have that app where you can locate Mickey and everyone else? Use it for the opposite purpose! 🙂
At least you have some Internet access. And the only place at Disney with no screaming kids is the bathroom of your hotel room.
